Sign in as a returning customer

The login form is a quick way back into an existing Interbet account. It asks for the username and password already linked to that account; it is not a registration form for new customers.
To sign in:
- Open the official Interbet login page.
- Enter your username.
- Type the corresponding password.
- Check both fields, then submit the form.
- Wait for the account area to load before sending another request.
A saved password can be out of date, and an extra space or mistyped character is enough to stop a login. If the form appears not to respond, confirm that the internet connection is stable before changing any account details.
Match the problem to the next check
Not every failed attempt has the same cause. Use the response you see to decide what to check next instead of repeatedly entering credentials.
| What is happening | What to check |
|---|---|
| The credentials are rejected | Re-enter the registered username and current password carefully |
| The password is no longer known | Use Forgot Password with the registered email address or username |
| The account is new | Confirm that any required activation or verification has been completed |
| Correct details still do not work | Consider whether the account is suspended or deactivated and contact Interbet through its secure support channel |
| The page stalls or does not submit | Check the internet connection and reload the official login page once it is stable |
Do not try to bypass activation, verification or an account restriction by creating duplicate details or using another person's account. Interbet must handle account-status questions through its official process.
This website provides information only. It cannot create, verify, recover or manage an Interbet account. Allow the page to finish loading before retrying a submitted request.
Reset a forgotten password
Forgot Password is the appropriate recovery option when the password cannot be recalled. The recovery form accepts either the email address registered to the account or the username.
Use one account identifier that you know is accurate:
- If you know the registered email address, enter that address.
- If you know the username, enter the username.
- If neither is certain, check the account information you normally use rather than submitting several guesses.
After submitting the request, follow the official recovery instructions. Then return to the login form and use the username with the updated password. If the account still cannot be accessed, recovery may not be the underlying issue; activation, verification, suspension, deactivation or the connection may need attention instead.
Use the same account on mobile

The Interbet mobile web experience and app-like experience use the same username and password as the desktop login. A separate mobile account is not needed.
On a phone, check that autofill has not inserted an old password and that the smaller keyboard has not changed a character. Make sure the page is the official Interbet login before entering account information, and use a working connection while the form is submitted.
Someone who has never opened an account should create an Interbet account instead of entering unregistered details into the login form.
Check activation or an account restriction
When a newly registered customer cannot sign in, the account may still require activation or verification. An existing account may also be unavailable because it is suspended or deactivated. These are account-status matters, not password-entry problems.
Before using the official support process, confirm that:
- The username and password belong to the same account.
- Any required activation or verification step is complete.
- The connection works and the official login page loads normally.
- Password recovery has been used only when the password was actually forgotten.
If those checks do not explain the problem, use the official account or support process. Do not attempt a workaround for an account control.
